meet alexis

alexis is a mystic, spiritual guide, community caregiver, intuitive healer, ceremonialist, writer, interdisciplinary creative, activist, and faithful lover and steward to the earth. She explores connection to the divine through self, spirit, the earth, and community and is devoted to full self expression and the embodiment of our creative potential.

She began walking her path over ten years ago, and has watched it blossom into a journey of unbecoming and becoming. It’s led her on solo pilgrimages around the world, through studies and apprenticeships in myriad modalities, into building transformative healing containers and weaving ceremonies and rituals for groups and individuals. She has spent many, many hours listening to and gathering wisdom from the earth and the etheric realms, been held through difficult and deep excavations of self, and had the pleasure of expressing spiritually full creations.

Most recently alexis has come to a level of mastery of herself and core gifts. Her latest travels and ensuing discoveries led her to the belief that the most profound healing happens not just in community, but as a community. Since then her work has shifted towards event curation and community building with a focus on sharing wisdom through each connection. As well, she connects and expresses through devotional writings, ceremonial art, social media, and personal guidance sessions.

She created sagedmuse as a sacred space to share excavations of her soul, offerings of life, love, play, and as a tool to compost colonialism and the patriarchy for the individual and our communities.

sāga [SAY-guh] an archaic latin word meaning diviner, prophetess, wise woman, witch that is also related to saga and sage - a practice in reclaiming my name

visions

I embrace the trees and weave my roots into mama gaia, reclaiming the power and wisdom of my ancestors, human and non-human alike. And embraced by the earth, my heart unfurls, weeping at the magnitude of it all. As tears fall, I honor the sacral waters that run through me, yes in my tears, but also my blood, sweat, and even my breath as they connect me to the rains, rivers, and oceans of creation, sustenance, and nourishment. And with my breath, that sacred breath of life that connects us all, I invite you to drink with me, breathe with me, love with me. As you look around, may you too witness the undying flame of spirit behind our eyes, the reflection of the original being that danced across the cosmos beholding itself. That being from whom all of life is birthed.

The singular offering that we can give to life is more creation. We are given to abundantly by this earth and spirit. Our entire lives are their gifts. There is nothing we can give in return, no offering greater than the songs of our hearts and creations of our hands laid bare at the altar of life. Taking the stuff of life, the substance of the earth, the scattered parts of ourselves and turning it into something beautiful, is the only thing that we can uniquely give - the only thing that can truly be a gift to that which gives us all of life. So we offer up the dreams pulled from the depths of our souls, freely, compulsorily hoping that is enough. This is how we say thank you. This is how we say I love you.

May our dreams always be enough.
